积雪草及其复方制剂治疗慢性肾病的研究进展

The Research Progress of Jixuecao(Centella asiatica) and Its Compound Preparation in the Ttreatment of Chronic Kidney Disease

通过实验研究、临床应用的文献分析,综述积雪草在各种慢性肾病的作用机制,提示积雪草具有抑制系膜细胞异常增殖、保护足细胞损伤、防治肾小管间质纤维化、改善氮质代谢、优化脂质代谢、调节免疫功能的作用,在治疗慢性肾病时,应该根据其作用机制广泛、合理应用积雪草保护肾脏,延缓进入终末期肾脏病。

Through the literature analysis of experimental study and clinical application, the mechanism of Jixuecao(Centella asiatica) in various kinds of chronic kidney disease was reviewed. It was suggested that Jixuecao(Centella asiatica) could inhibit the abnormal proliferation of mesangial cells, protect podocyte injury, prevent and treat renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis, improve nitrogen metabolism, optimize lipid metabolism, and regulate immune function. In the treatment of chronic kidney disease, Jixuecao(Centella asiatica) should be widely and reasonably applied to protect the kidney according to its mechanism, and delay the entry of end-stage renal disease.
