Professor LI Dian’s Clinical Experience in the Treatment of Dry Eye

总结李点治疗干眼的临床经验。李点认为干眼的发生多与风热邪气上犯、湿热阻遏清阳、燥热损伤肺阴和肝肾亏虚有关,其中肝肾亏虚证干眼在临床中最为常见,以养阴润目汤加减滋补肝肾、清热生津,并结合内外兼治、综合治疗,疗效较佳。

This paper summarizes the clinical experience of Professor LI Dian in treating dry eye;Professor LI Dian believes that the occurrence of dry eye is mostly related to wind-heat evil on the attack, dampheat blocking Qingyang, dry heat injury of lung Yin and deficiency of liver and kidney, among which the syndrome of deficiency of liver and kidney is most common in clinical practice. It is better to nourish liver and kidney, clear heat and produce fluid with Yangyin runmu decoction(养阴润目汤), with combination of internal and external treatment and comprehensive treatment.
