针灸治疗半夏泻心汤证理论初探

Preliminary Study on Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment of Banxia Xiexin Decoction Syndrome(半夏泻心汤证)

从分析半夏泻心汤证的病位、病机入手,结合经络腧穴的"经脉所过,主治所及""腧穴所在,主治所及"的特性及针灸的双向调节作用,从理论层面上探讨针灸治疗半夏泻心汤证的可行性,认为针灸虽与中药发挥作用的方式不同,但是根据临床观察,发现针灸对于此病也有较好的疗效,针刺腧穴同样可以起到"辛开苦降"的作用,达到治疗目的。

Based on the analysis of the location and pathogenesis of Banxia Xiexin decoction syndrome,combining the characteristics of meridians and acupoints, the location and location of acupoints and the two-way regulating effect of acupuncture and moxibustion, this paper discusses the feasibility of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating Banxia Xiexin decoction syndrome. Although acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine play a different way, but according to clinical observation, acupuncture shows good effect on this disease.Acupuncture points can also play the role of "Xinkai Kujiang" to achieve the purpose of treatment.
