摘要
目前大多数国内儿童少年卫生工作者对生长发育标准的应用较为混乱。本教研室将世界卫生组织(World Health Organization,WHO)儿童生长标准应用到了儿童少年卫生学的实验教学中,通过参与式模式重点考查了学生对中国和国际上通用的参照标准和评价方法的正确选择和应用。授课结束后,通过问卷调查、访谈和理论课成绩对比分析发现,学生对此次教学改革较为满意,此次教学改革能够提高学生对理论知识的掌握,有效地扩展了学生的知识面,提高了其实际解决问题的能力,为其今后从事预防医学、儿童少年卫生和儿童保健工作奠定了良好的基础。
At present,the domestic children and adolescent health workers are confused about the application of growth and development standards.We applied WHO Child Growth Standards to the experimental teaching of hygienics of children and adolescents.Through the participatory model,students'correct selection and application of different child growth standards and evaluation methods were emphatically investigated.At the end of the course,through the questionnaire survey,interviews and the comparative analysis of theoretical course achievements,it was found that students were satisfied with the teaching reform.This teaching reform has improved students'mastery of theoretical knowledge,effectively expanded students'knowledge,improved their ability to solve practical problems,and laid a good foundation for their future work in preventive medicine,child health and child health care.
