全科医师诊疗技能提升的途径包括家庭医生签约服务、全科医师诊疗技能竞赛和继续医学教育项目培训三个方面。广东省近年来在提升全科医师诊疗技能方面进行了多种对策探索,包括探索全科诊疗路径培训、开展全科诊疗技能提升培训、引入首席全科医师制度、启动基层医疗卫生人才"填洼计划"项目和创新基层医疗卫生管理新模式,收到了显著成效。
