重症医学科轮训期间不同专业住培医师的岗位胜任力状况调查 被引量:2

Investigation on the status of post competency of residents with different specialties during the rotation training in intensive care unit

摘要 目的对轮转重症医学科的住培医师进行岗位胜任力调查,了解不同专业住培医师的岗位胜任力现况及其对各项指标的认可度。方法采用横断面调查,以2015年1月至2018年12月在西安交通大学第一附属医院重症医学科轮训的住培医师为对象;借助"问卷星",让住培医师在线填写《中国临床医师岗位胜任力调查问卷》;获得有效问卷共256份。组间数据比较应用SPSS 19.0行t检验或卡方检验。结果重症医学科轮转期间,住培医师均认为岗位胜任力涉及的8个维度指标非常重要;重症医学专业住培医师对"临床基本能力""掌握与运用医学知识能力""学术研究能力"3项指标的认可度评分高于其他专业,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。住培医师对自身学术研究能力评分最低。重症医学专业住培医师在"临床基本能力""掌握与运用医学知识能力""学术研究能力"方面的自评情况优于其他专业,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症医学科轮转期间,不同专业住培医师对岗位胜任力的各维度重要性及自身状况评价有差异。在制定重症医学科的培训内容及考核标准时,需要综合考虑住培医师专业背景,适时评估其培训需求。 Objective To investigate the post competency of residents during rotation in ICU,and the present status of post competency of resident physicians and their recognition of each indicators.Methods We used cross-sectional questionnaire survey method,and selected the residents participating the rotation in ICU during January,2015 to December,2018 in The First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University as research objects.The residents were asked to fill out the"Chinese Clinician Post Competency Questionnaire"on the Sojump.A total of 256 valid questionnaires were recovered.SPSS 19.0 was used to compare the data between groups with t test and chi-square test.Results During the rotation of ICU,8 indicators involved in post competency were recognized crucial by the residents.The residents in ICU gave higher recognition scores than other specialties in terms of 3 indicators,"basic clinical ability","medical knowledge mastery and application",and"academic research ability",with statistical significance.They scored the lowest on their academic research ability.Their self-evaluation on the 3 aspects was superior to other specialty residents,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion During the rotation of ICU,there are differences in the importance and status evaluation of different dimensions of post competency by different specialties of residents.In developing the training content and assessment standards for residents in ICU,we need to take into account the differences in professional backgrounds of residents and timely assess their different training needs.
