RV减速器测试方法标准及试验研究

Researchon Test Method Standard and Test of RV Reducer

RV减速器在正式投入使用之前,其各项关键指标参数需要进行严格的测试。考虑到当前国内尚无RV减速器测试的方法标准,市面上也缺乏RV减速器综合性能测试的技术解决方案,本文从RV减速器的机械传动原理入手,分析了现有可参照的测试方法标准的不足之处,研究了RV减速器的测试方法标准,并对其试验方法和装置方案进行了设计。最后,开展了RV减速器传动误差、旋转效率、扭矩刚度、回程误差和空程等性能参数的验证试验,结果表明本文提出的测试标准和试验方法科学有效。

Before the RV Reducer is put into use,its key parameters need to be strictly tested. Considering that there is no test method standard for RV Reducer in China,and there is no technical solution for comprehensive performance test of RV Reducer in the market,this paper starts from the mechanical transmission principle of RV Reducer,analyzes the shortcomings of existing test methods and standards,studies the test method standard of RV Reducer,and designs its test method and device scheme. Finally,the validation tests of transmission error,rotating efficiency,torque stiffness,return error and idle stroke of RV Reducer are carried out. The test results show that the test standard and method proposed in this paper are scientific and effective.
