摘要
采用机器视觉检测方式,对汽车车门锁装配过程中拉簧装配状态进行检测。通过对装配图像处理分析,检测拉簧是否漏装、错装,以提高装配的合格率。对比基于边缘特征的模板匹配检测方法和基于SVM检测方法的实验结果,证明了基于SVM检测方法具有良好的时效性和准确性,能够满足车门锁拉簧装配状态检测的性能要求。
Using machine version inspection to detect the assembly state of the tension spring during the assembly process of the car door lock.Through the assembly image processing and analysis,it can detect whether the tension spring is missing or incorrectly installed to improve the pass rate of the assembly.The comparison and analysis of the experimental results between template matching detection method based on edge features and the detection method based on the SVM prove that,the detection method based on SVM has less time consumption and better accuracy,and can meet the performance requirements of the detection of the assembly state of the door lock spring.
