基于关键参数典型值的蠕动泵校准方法研究

Research on Calibration Method of Peristaltic Pump Based on Typical Values of Key Parameters

研究转子角速度、“液枕”体积和“液枕”个数这三个关键参数及其典型值对蠕动泵计量特性的影响,通过分析确定了蠕动泵流量示值误差、流量稳定性和转速误差三个计量特性表征参数,明确校准方法及计量特性表征参数的限值。此研究为蠕动泵产品的出厂检验和计量部门、使用单位的日常校准提供了有效的校准依据,助推蠕动泵产业发展。

The influence of rotor angular velocity,the volume of liquid pillow and the number of liquid pillow and their typical values on the metering characteristics of peristaltic pump are studied.Three characterization parameters of metering characteristics of peristaltic pump are determined through analysis,and the calibration method is de­fined.The limits of flow indication error,flow stability and speed error of peristaltic pump are verified by experi­mental data.This study provides an effective calibration basis for the delivery inspection of peristaltic pump products and the daily calibration of measurement departments and users,and promotes the development of peristaltic pump industry.
