Solution of Highway Emergency Toll Collection System Based on Handheld Terminal

本文阐述了高速公路ETC的发展情况以及迫切需要解决的问题,并分析了收费站ETC车道的通行现状以及问题形成的原因,提出了基于手持终端的高速公路应急收费系统解决方案,并从手持终端硬件设备、网络连接、系统功能三个方面对方案进行分析,最后分析了方案在福州区域部分收费站的应用情况,对比了方案应用前后的效果。

This paper describes the development and the urgent problems of highway ETC,and analyzes the traffic status of the ETC lane in toll station and what cause it to be.Then,it puts forward the highway emergency toll sys­tem solution based on handheld terminal,and analyzes the solution from three aspects of handheld terminal hard­ware equipment,network connection,system function.Finally,it analyzes the application of some toll stations in Fuzhou area,and compare the effect of the solution before and after application.
