摘要
在Horiba试验台架控制系统平台上开发出一套发动机自动扫点试验系统。该系统自动完成全部运行工况下随喷油压力和喷油提前角变化的稳态排放标定试验,用于取代台架试验工程师的手动标定及测试,实现自动化扫点。利用测量数据在Minitab软件平台上建立稳态试验NOx比排放的二次多项式回归模型,对稳态NO_x比排放进行预测。预测值与测量值线性回归分析相关因素R^2为0.953,表明模型比较合理。
Based on the control system of the Horiba testing equipment,an engine mapping test system was designed to calibrate fuel injection pressure map and injection timing map with engine emissions as the target,achieving automatic mapping test to replace manual calibration and test by testing engineers.The Minitab software and measured data were used to establish a quadratic polynomial regression model of steady-state break specific NOx for the prediction.The correlation coefficient R^2 of the predicted values and measured values was 0.953,indicating that the model was effective.
