当前高校青年教师队伍建设思考

随着素质教育的不断深入和社会经济、教育事业的发展,现今时代中青年教师已经成为高校教师队伍的主要力量,在未来的教育发展当中,青年教师将占有更大的比重和任务,它的兴衰也关乎着我国的教育事业。但是有利就有弊,尽管年轻教师有很多优势,但是不可避免的还是存在着诸多不利影响,这就需要相关教育学者深入研究,而年轻教师也要加强自身的学习和树立正确发展观,以此来促进我国教育事业的可持续化发展。先阐述了高校青年教师队伍建设的影响因素,然后又对加强青年教师队伍建设的对策展开讨论,并提出个人的见解。

With the continuous deepening of quality education and the development of social economy and education,young and middle-aged teachers have become the main force of teachers in colleges in the current era.In the future development of education,young teachers will occupy a greater proportion and task Its rise and fall is also related to China’s education.But there are advantages and disadvantages.Although young teachers have many advantages,there are inevitably many adverse effects.This requires in-depth research by relevant education scholars,and young teachers should also strengthen their own learning and establish a correct development concept to promote the sustainable development of China’s education.This paper first explains the influencing factors of the construction of young teachers in colleges,and then discusses the countermeasures for strengthening the construction of young teachers and proposes personal opinions.
