摘要
现如今,我国非常重视农业的生产与发展,促使蔬菜、水果的种类与产量均在不断增长,而在蔬菜、水果种植过程中,会运用到大量的农药,从而消除农作物的病虫害,其中,运用最为普遍、广泛的当属有机磷农药,但是,有机磷农药属于较为强力、有效的杀虫剂,其中主要蕴含有机磷酸酷类化合物、硫代磷酸酯类化合物等成分。如果群众不慎吸入或是皮肤接触到蔬菜与水果挥发的有机磷农药残留物质,将会导致其出现中毒情况,甚至威胁到生命安全,由此可见,必须要对有机磷农药的残留检测方法展开深入、细致的分析,才能够真正了解农药残留的实际情况,从而为后续的处理带来依据,并且将其给人民群众造成的危害大幅减轻。
In the process of vegetables,fruit planting,applied to a lot of pesticides,to eliminate crop diseases and insect pests,among them,using the most common,widely is organophosphorus pesticides,but the organophosphorus pesticide belong to more powerful and effective insecticides,which mainly contains the organic phosphate cool compounds,sulfur,the composition such as generation of phosphate ester compounds.If people accidentally inhalation or skin contact to vegetables and fruit vola⁃tile substance of organophosphorus pesticide residues,will lead to its poisoning case,even a threat to the safety of life,there⁃fore,must be for organophosphorus pesticide residue detection methods of in-depth and meticulous analysis,can truly under⁃stand the actual situation of pesticide residue.
