首发脑卒中患者出院准备度现状与出院指导质量的相关性研究

The correlation analysis between the readiness for hospital discharge and quality of discharge teaching in stroke patients

目的探讨即将出院的首发脑卒中患者的出院准备度及出院指导质量水平的相关性。方法采用一般资料调查表、出院准备度量表、出院质量指导量表对郑州大学第一附属医院神经内科收治的343例首发脑卒中患者进行调查。结果首发脑卒中患者的出院准备度总分为(97.25±20.69)分,出院指导质量得分为(142.56±31.38)分。两者呈正相关(r=0.549)。结论提高首发脑卒中患者的出院准备度以及出院指导质量水平,可显著提高患者的出院准备度现状,降低其再入院率。

Objective To describe the discharge readiness and quality of discharge teaching for initial stroke patients and explore the correlation.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted.A self-designed general information questionnaire,the Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale and the Quality of Discharge Teaching Scale were delivered to 343 initial stroke patients in Zhengzhou.Results The total score of readiness for hospital discharge was 97.25±20.69,the total score of discharge teaching was(142.56±31.38).The two are positively correlated(r=0.549).Conclusion The discharge readiness and discharge teaching quality of the initial stroke patients are at a high level.The medical staff should pay attention to the quality of discharge guidance,thereby improving the patient's discharge readiness and reducing the patient's readmission rate.
