磁刺激技术在治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病中的应用进展

Advance of magnetic stimulation technique for treating pelvic floor dysfunction

盆底功能障碍性疾病是一种常见慢性疾病,症状多反复发作或迁延不愈,严重影响患者的生活质量。同时,随着年龄的增长,盆底肌发生劳损或功能减退,导致盆底肌支持力量减弱,继而引发盆腔器官位置改变、功能下降等一系列症状。近年来,磁刺激技术作为一种新的治疗方法,可以对盆底或骶神经根进行无创、被动的刺激,已逐步应用于临床。本文就磁刺激技术在治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病中的临床应用进展进行综述。

Pelvic floor dysfunction is a common chronic disease characterized by prolonged and waxing-and-waning disease course,which could significantly affect patients’quality of life.Aging leads to wear and tear of the pelvic floor muscle and re⁃duced muscle function,which results in reduced support of the pelvic floor and migration and dysfunction of pelvic organs.Mag⁃netic stimulation is an emerging treatment that stimulates pelvic floor or sacral nerve roots in a noninvasive and passive manner.This treatment has been increasingly applied in clinical use.In this review,we summarize the advances of magnetic stimulation for treating pelvic floor dysfunction.
