摘要 盆底腹膜疝(peritoneocele hernia,PH)是指腹膜及腹腔器官或组织突入直肠生殖隔之间,又称“Douglas窝疝”或“直肠生殖窝疝”。PH疝囊的内容物多为小肠、乙状结肠、大网膜,在女性有时是子宫或附件。依据疝内容物的不同,亦被称之为小肠疝(enterocele)、乙状结肠疝(sigmoicele)等。本病的发病率尚未明确,女性较男性多见,多产、年老、盆底先天缺陷、盆腔手术史是发病的危险因素。
