摘要
该文运用文献综述法,并主要通过SWOT分析CrossFit在我国发展的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战。CrossFit健身体系具有练习动作不枯燥且实用性高、目标设定清晰等优势,但在其发展的过程中也有品牌认知度低、消费过高等劣势。建议:加强CrossFit品牌宣传、尝试多样化经营。得出结论:CrossFit是一个非常好的健身项目,在国外发展迅速,但在中国的发展任重而道远。
The paper uses the method of literature review,and mainly through SWOT to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of CrossFit development in China.CrossFit fitness system has the advantages of practical and not boring exercises,clear goal setting,but it also has the disadvantages of low brand recognition and high consumption during its development.Suggestion:strengthen the brand promotion of CrossFit and try to diversify its business.It is concluded that CrossFit is a very good fitness program,which develops rapidly in foreign countries,but it still has a long way to go in China.
