摘要 体育舞蹈作为新兴体育项目,历经三代体育舞蹈工作者的辛勤付出与努力,终于迎来了飞速发展与普及的新时代。近年来,中国运动员在国际赛场崭露头角,青少年金牌之争也愈演愈烈,在群雄逐鹿的赛场上,上身技术带来的视觉冲击是体现个人水平的绝佳手段,但对运动员的力量是一个极大的考验,反复练习技术组合来增强上肢力量是大多数运动员的惯用方法,这样对上肢力量的提升并不显著且枯燥单一,要想使上肢力量有显著提升,只有利用科学的训练方法进行系统化的训练才能够达成。 As an emerging sport project,dance sports have finally ushered in a new era of rapid development and popularization after three generations of sports dancers’hard work and efforts.In recent years,Chinese athletes have emerged in the international arena,and the battle for youth gold medals has intensified.In a crowded arena,the visual impact of upper body technology is an excellent means to reflect personal level,but it is a great test for the strength of athletes.Repeated practice of combination of techniques to enhance upper limb strength is the usual method of most athletes.However,such exercises do not significantly improve upper limb strength and are boring.If you want to significantly improve the strength of the upper limbs,it can only be achieved by systematic training using scientific training methods.
