摘要
专项力量就是指参与专项比赛动作的肌肉力量,是柔道训练的一个必不可少的部分,决定了动作技术(得意技和连络技)在训练和比赛中的成功率,加快手法速度,有效地提高了柔道运动员的比赛能力,这对运动员非常重要。一般来说柔道运动员是从青少年开始训练的,而青少年柔道运动员在全面发展各项身体素质的同时应加强专项力量的训练。
Special strength refers to the muscle strength that participates in the special competition movement,it is an essential part of judo training.It determines the success rate of movement technology(gainful skill and contact skill)in training and competition,speeds up the technique speed,and effectively improves the judo athletes’ability to compete,which is very important to the athletes.Generally speaking,judo athletes are trained from teenagers,and young judo athletes should strengthen the training of special forces while developing various physical fitness.
