国产高性能纤维检测标准现状及分析

Current status and analysis of detection standards of domestichigh-quality fibers

通过分析现行国产高性能纤维检测标准现状,发现近年来虽然国产高性能纤维产品相关检测标准不断建立和完善,但是部分现行国家或行业标准滞后于行业发展,标准适用性和企业采用程度不高。企业标准中,规格分类和质量指标等要素需要进一步完善,缺少关键性能指标。因此,亟需借鉴国外的行业发展经验,尽快形成符合我国国情且有利于下游产业应用和发展的国产高性能纤维产品标准化体系。

By analyzing the current status of domestic high-quality fibers detection standards,it is found that although the relevant detection standards of domestic high-quality fibers products have been established and perfected in recent years,some current national or industry standards lag behind the development of the industry.Standard applicability and enterprise adoption degree is not high.In the enterprise standards,specifications classification and quality indicators need to be further improved,and still lack key guality indicators.Therefore,it is urgent to draw lessons from foreign industry development experience and form a domestic high-quality fibers product standardization system which is in line with the national conditions of our country and is conducive to the application and development of downstream industries as soon as possible.
