摘要
以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)和聚丙烯(PP)为原料,通过复合纺丝、液体冷却、二级拉伸工艺制备不同直径的PP/PET皮芯型热熔复合单丝,采用扫描电镜、差热分析法、电子单纱强力仪进行分析表征,研究了复合比例、液体冷却水温、拉伸倍率、拉伸温度、热定型温度等工艺参数对PP/PET热熔单丝力学性能的影响。研究表明,当冷却水温为20℃时,二级拉伸倍率为6倍,热水拉伸温度为90℃,热风拉伸温度为160℃,热定型温度为160℃,制得的PP/PET热熔单丝力学性能较好。
Using polyethylene terephthalate(PET)and polypropylene(PP)as raw materials,PP/PET core-type hot-melt composite monofilament with different diameters was prepared by composite spinning,liquid cooling and two-stage drawing process.The effects of composite ratio,liquid cooling water temperature,tensile rate,tensile temperature and thermal setting temperature on the mechanical properties of hot-melt monofilament were studied by scanning electron microscope,differential thermal analysis method and electronic single yarn strength meter.The results show that when the cooling water temperature is 20℃,the secondary tensile rate is 6 times,the hot water tensile temperature is 90℃,the hot air tensile temperature is 160℃,and the thermal setting temperature is 160℃,the mechanical properties of the PP/PET hot melt monofilament are better.
