不同技术条件下露天矿最终境界变化情况分析 被引量:3

Analysis of the Ultimate Pit Limit Variation of Open-pit Mine under Different Technical Conditions

摘要 基于Opmetalminer软件系统,综合考虑改变回采率、选矿回收率及废石混入率3种技术参数取值对露天矿最终境界的影响。首先根据矿山的地质数据构建相应的矿床数值模型,主要包括地表标高模型、台阶模型以及品位模型;然后根据矿山提供的相关技术参数及市场现时价格对境界进行优化,从而得到基础境界;最后分别对改变废石混入率、改变回采率与废石混入率、改变选矿回收率3种情况进行分析讨论。结果表明:单独考虑废石混入率时,废石混入率突破从8%降至7%的技术瓶颈时,可以获得增长幅度最大的境界盈利值;同时考虑回采率与废石混入率时,回采率突破从91%提升至92%的技术瓶颈时,尽管废石混入率从2%增至3%,但依然可以获得增长幅度最大的境界盈利值;单独考虑选矿回收率时,选矿回收率突破从79%提升至80%的技术瓶颈时,可以获得增长幅度最大的境界盈利值。 Based on Opmetalminer software system,the influence of three technical parameters of changing recoveryrate of mining,recovery rate of dressing and mixture rate of waste rock on the ultimate pit limit of open-pit mine was compre-hensively considered. Firstly,according to the mine geological data,the corresponding numerical model is constructed,which mainly includes the surface elevation model,the step model and the grade model. Then according to the relevant tech-nical parameters provided by the mine,and the current market price,the boundary is optimized so as to obtain the basic pitlimit. Finally,the following three situations were analyzed and discussed: changing the mixture rate of waste rock,changingthe recovery rate of mining and the mixture rate of waste rock,and changing the recovery rate of ore dressing. The resultsshowed that: when considering the mixture rate of waste rock alone,the mixture rate of waste rock breaks through the techni-cal bottleneck of reducing from 8% to 7%,and the boundary profit value with the maximum growth range can be obtained. Atthe same time,when the recovery rate of mining and the mixture rate of waste rock are taken into account,the recovery rateof mining breaks through the technical bottleneck of increasing from 91% to 92%. Although the mixture rate of waste rock in-creases from 2% to 3%,the profitability with the largest growth range can still be achieved. When the recovery rate of oredressing is considered separately,the profit value with the maximum growth can be obtained when the recovery rate of oredressing breaks through the technical bottleneck from 79% to 80%.
