摘要
对三氟化氯的研究进展、用途进行了简述,并重点介绍了其现有制备和纯化工艺及尾气处理方法。
In this paper,the research progress and uses of chlorine trifluoride are briefly described,and focuses on its preparation and purification processes and tail gas treatment methods.
