摘要
整体煤气化联合循环电站(IGCC电站)是未来重要的洁净煤发电技术之一。未来为了适应可再生能源上网,IGCC电站应具备一定地灵活性调峰能力,而空分装置严重地影响了IGCC电站的启动灵活性。通过对空分装置启动过程中透平膨胀机运行状态进行分析,得知在液体积累阶段,由于透平膨胀机不能完全出力,精馏塔内液体积累过程缓慢,是造成空分装置启动时间过长的主要原因之一,因此考虑采用液氮回注精馏塔的方法来加快塔内液体积累过程。该方法可将华能天津IGCC电站空分装置的启动时间缩短15%~30%,单次启动能够节约15万~40万元。
The integrated gasification combined cycle power station(IGCC power station)is one of the important clean coal power generation technologies in the future.To adapt to the grid of renewable energy in the future,IGCC power station should have a certain flexibility in peak shaving capabilities,and the air separation unit seriously affects the start-up flexibility of IGCC power plants.By analyzing the operating status of the turboexpander during the start-up of the air separation unit,it is known that in the liquid accumulation stage,the turboexpander cannot fully output,the liquid accumulation process in the rectification tower is slow which caused the long start time of air separation unit.Consider adopting the method of reinjecting liquid nitrogen into the rectifying tower to speed up the liquid accumulation process in the tower.This method can shorten the start-up time of the air separation unit of Huaneng Tianjin IGCC power station by 15%~30%and can save¥150,000-¥40,000 in a single start-up.
