摘要
70 MPa高压瓶阀为储氢系统的关键零部件,有密封气瓶、控制气体导通关闭的作用,其安全性能对整个储氢系统及燃料电池汽车起着关键的作用。瓶阀的安全性需要通过型式试验进行验证,而液压爆破试验是保证其安全性的最基本、最重要的测试之一。主要分析瓶阀液压爆破试验失效方式并与理论计算进行对比。
70 MPa high pressure OTV is the key part of hydrogen storage system,which can seal gas cylinder and control the opening and closing of gas.Its safety performance plays a key role in the whole hydrogen storage system and fuel cell vehicle.The safety of OTV needs to be verified by type test,and the hydraulic burst test is one of the most basic and important tests to ensure its safety.This paper mainly analyzes the failure mode of OTV hydraulic burst test and compares it with theoretical calculation.
