车载低温真空绝热气瓶检验问题探讨

车载低温真空绝热气瓶的特有结构为全封闭式真空夹层绝热移动式压力容器,此类型低温绝热压力容器的内胆无法直接检验检测。根据车载低温真空绝热气瓶的独特性,分析研究了车载低温真空绝热气瓶进行定期检验的项目和检验要求,探讨了车载低温绝热气瓶定期检验中常见问题,以期为车载低温真空绝热气瓶检验提供一定的参考。

The unique structure of the vehicle-mounted cryogenic vacuum insulated gas cylinder is a fully enclosed vacuum laminated insulated mobile pressure vessel.The liner of the low temperature adiabatic pressure vessel cannot be inspected directly.According to the uniqueness of vehicle-mounted cryogenic vacuum insulated gas cylinder,the items and requirements for periodic inspection of vehicle cryogenic vacuum insulated gas cylinders are analyzed and studied.The common problems in periodic inspection of low temperature adiabatic gas cylinder on vehicle are discussed.It is expected to provide some reference for vehicle cryogenic vacuum insulated gas cylinder inspection.
