摘要
通过溶剂热合成反应,利用乙二胺(en)配体与Cu(Ⅱ)离子成功合成了具有新结构的配合物[Cu(SO42-)(en)2]n.该配合物具有一维链状结构,且通过N—H…O氢键的相互作用形成了具有二维网状结构的超分子材料.此外,对标题配合物进行了抗菌性能研究,通过对比革兰氏阴性菌和革兰氏阳性菌的抗菌活性,发现该配合物在革兰氏阴性菌中的抗菌性能优于革兰氏阳性菌,为金属有机配位聚合物在抗菌方面的研究提供了一定的参考依据.
Complexe[Cu(SO42-)(en)2]n was successfully synthesized by solvothermal synthesis by ethylenediamine(en)and Cu(Ⅱ)ion.Title complexe exhibits an infinite one-dimensional chain structure,which is connected into two-dimensional supramolecular network by N—H…O hydrogen bonding.In addition,the antibacterial properties of title complexe were tested.The antibacterial properties of title complexe in gram negative bacteria were better than that of gram positive bacteria by comparing the antibacterial activities,which may provides a certain reference for the antibacterial research of metal organic coordination polymer.
