消防救援队伍提升滑坡灾害处置能力探讨

Study on Improving the Ability of Fire and Rescue Team in Dealing with Landslide Disaster

消防救援队伍是各类灾害事故处置的主要力量,如何有序、高效开展滑坡灾害救援,已成为各级消防救援队伍面临的新课题。通过分析滑坡灾害处置难点,结合当前应急救援体系建设现状,有针对性地提出滑坡灾害处置行动中组织指挥、作战行动、安全防控、战勤保障等方面规范化应急程序和处置要求,为消防救援队伍提升滑坡灾害处置能力提供参考。

Fire and rescue teams are the leading force to deal with various disasters.Therefore,how to respond to these landslide disasters orderly and effectively has become a new challenge to them.On the basis of studying the difficulties inland slide disposal and taking account of the current development status of emergency rescue system,this article proposes the standardized emergency procedures and handling requirements on command procedure in landslide disaster response,the organization and command ability,the operational ability,the safety control ability and the logistical support have been put forward exactly.It is hoped this paper will give reference for fire and rescue teams to improve their ability in dealing with landslide disasters.
