摘要 企业客户关系作为连接供应链的关键纽带,对企业的经营管理和发展具有重要作用。本文从客户“担保效应”的视角考察了企业客户关系对银行信贷融资的影响。研究发现,企业客户关系有助于企业获得银行信贷融资,并且较高的议价能力对企业客户关系与银行信贷融资的关系具有正向调节作用;相较于货币政策宽松时期,在货币政策紧缩时期,企业客户关系对银行信贷融资的影响更强。进一步研究发现,企业客户关系对银行信贷融资的影响主要是由于企业客户关系具有信号传递和公司治理的作用。总之,企业客户关系是企业银行信贷融资的重要影响因素,客户关系信息披露内容有助于银行更充分地了解企业。 Corporate customer relationship,as a key link to the supply chain,plays an important role in the management and development of the enterprise.This article examines the effect of corporate customer relationship on bank credit financing from the perspective of the customer's“guarantee effect.”The study finds that good corporate customer relationship helps companies to obtain bank credit financing.Higher bargaining power has a positive effect on the correlation between corporate customer relationship and bank credit financing.The correlation between corporate customer relationships and bank credit financing is stronger in periods of tight monetary policy.Further research finds that the effect of corporate customer relationship on bank credit financing is mainly due to quality signaling and corporate governance.
