海军生长军官学员考核评价体系构建研究——以海军D学院为例

On the Construction of the Evaluation System for Navy Cadets:The Case of PLA D Naval Academy

随着海军院校教学改革与发展不断走深,海军生长军官学员分配工作“阳光工程”不断走实,海军生长军官学员考核评价体系在人才培养中的重要性日益凸显。基于海军D学院多年来学员考核评价的实践经验,本研究构建了以3个一级指标、14个二级指标为支撑的海军生长军官学员考核评价体系,系统阐述了海军生长军官学员考核评价指标设计总则,使用层次分析法求解评价体系的具体权重,并且开展了部队满意度调查问卷,证明了海军生长军官学员考核评价体系的科学性。本文可为其他军队院校开展生长军官学员考核评价工作提供一定的设计参考。

With the deepening of teaching reform and development in naval academies and the“sunshine project”for the detaching of naval cadets,the system for evaluating naval cadets has an increasing importance in talent cultivation.On the basis of many years’practice of assessing the cadets in Dalian Naval Academy,this study constructs an evaluation system for naval cadets which includes three first-class indicators and fourteen second-class indicators.The general principles for the design of the evaluation index are expounded,using analytic hierarchy process to solve the specific weight of the evaluation system.In addition,A survey on satisfaction with the detached cadets has been carried out,which has demonstrated that the evaluation system is scientific.It is hoped to shed light on evaluating cadets in other military academies.
