焦化废水中苯酚去除效率的研究 被引量:2

摘要 焦化废水含有的苯酚量规模较大,是一种带有高毒性且降解难度较大的有机废水.选取苯酚作为样本污染物,利用高级氧化技术将其进行有效降解,通过单因素实验以及正交实验考察了H2O2单独处理时的反应时间及投加量,H2O2和硫酸亚铁联用时的不同配比的芬顿试剂及pH值等因素对苯酚去除率的影响.结果表明:过氧化氢氧化工艺单独处理焦化废水时,降解苯酚的最佳条件为反应时间为120 min,H2O2投加量达到6 mL/L时去除焦化废水中苯酚的效果最好,去除率达到41.4%;H2O2和硫酸亚铁联用,当反应时间为120 min,pH值为3,H2O2投加量为6 mL/L,H2O2与硫酸亚铁摩尔比为10∶1时,去除焦化废水中苯酚的效果最好,去除率达到67.2%. Coking wastewater contains a large amount of phenol,which is an organic wastewater with high toxicity and great difficulty in degradation.In this work,a method using the advanced oxidation processes(AOPs)has been employed to degrade the pollutants effectively.When the coking wastewater is treated by hydrogen peroxide oxidation process alone,by mono-factor,the best reaction conditions including reaction time of 120 min,hydrogen peroxide dosage of 6 mL/L,were obtained.The removal rate reached 41.4%.By orthogonal experiments,the optimum reaction conditions,including reaction time of 120 min,pH value of 3,hydrogen peroxide dosage of 6 mL/L,hydrogen peroxide/ferrous sulfate molar ratio of 10∶1,were obtained.The results of parallel tests showed that under optimum conditions the removal rate of phenol could achieve 67.2%.
