摘要 将碳量子点(CQDs)与Bi2SiO5层状微球进行控制合成,用以提高光催化性能.将平均直径约为3 nm的CQDs分散在Bi2SiO5层状微球超薄纳米片表面.在对Bi2SiO5纳米片进行改性以促进表面电荷载流子分离的同时,设计了层状结构以加速CQDs内部载流子的转移.将CQDs引入Bi2SiO5层状微球后,在紫外光的照射下对抗生素(CIP)进行降解,光催化活性大大提高了.通过自由基捕获实验,确定了在该体系中的主要活性组分为空穴.改性加入的CQDs可以促进羟基自由基和超氧化物自由基负离子的生成,达到提高光催化性能的目的. Controlled synthesis of carbon quantum dots(CQDs)and Bi2SiO5 layered microspheres was used to improve the photocatalytic performance.CQDs with an average diameter of about 3nm were dispersed on the surface of the Bi2SiO5 layered microsphere ultra-thin nanosheet.While modifying the Bi2SiO5 nanosheets to promote the separation of surface charge carriers,a layered structure was designed to accelerate the transfer of carriers inside CQDs.After CQDs are introduced into Bi2SiO5 layered microspheres,the antibiotics(CIP)are degraded under the irradiation of ultraviolet light,and the photocatalytic activity is greatly improved.Through free radical capture experiments,it is determined that the main active groups in the system are hydroxyl radicals and superoxide free radicals.The modified CQDs can promote the generation of hydroxyl radicals and superoxide radical anions,so as to improve the photocatalytic performance.
