“后‘非遗’”时代手艺新村建设的可持续性发展研究--以潍坊杨家埠村为个案

Research on Sustainable Development of New Handicraft Village Construction in the“Post Intangible Cultural Heritage Era”:A Case Study of Yangjiabu Village,Weifang

21世纪初,以国家级非物质文化遗产为依托的传统村落旅游业的发展,成为乡村文化振兴战略中的一种社会现象与发展模式。这不仅是“遗产资源论”在乡村建设中的价值体现,也是“文化”振兴乡村的有效功能见证。但是,以“非遗”旅游业为支撑与以重构地方感为模式的手艺类新村建设,出现了文化主体的“缺场”现象,这将不利于乡村振兴的长效发展。因此,只有激发和调动起村民的文化自觉意识,提高村民的参与度,才能建构出符合乡村振兴核心价值观以及可持续发展的手艺新村。

At the beginning of the 21st century,relying on the national intangible cultural heritage,the traditional village tourism has become a social phenomenon and development mode in the strategy of rural cultural revitalization.This is not only the value embodiment of“heritage resources theory”in rural construction,but it also witnessed the effectiveness of“culture”in revitalizing rural functions.However,the construction of new handicraft villages based on the“intangible cultural heritage”tourism industry and the mode of reconstructing the sense of place led to the phenomenon of the“absence”of cultural subjects,which will not be conducive to the long-term development of rural revitalization.Therefore,only by stimulating and mobilizing the villagers'cultural consciousness and improving the villagers'participation,can we construct a new handicraft village in line with the core values of rural rev italization and sustainable development.
