摘要
制动系统作为动车组核心系统之一,其性能决定车辆的运行安全,中继阀在制动系统中起到压力传递的作用,能够直接影响车辆制动性能,主要对CRH380CL型动车组中继阀的工作原理以及直通制动的工作原理、逻辑判定进行描述,同时结合相关模拟检测对中继阀精度超差的问题上进行分析,为动车组维护人员提供制动试验的相关参考和运用维护依据。
The brake system is one of the critical systems of the EMU,the performance of the braking system determines the safety of the EMU.Relay valve plays the role of pressure transfer in braking system,which can directly affect vehicle braking performance.This paper mainly describes the working principle of the relay valve of CRH380CL type EMU,the working principle and logic judgment of the direct braking,and analyzes the over-tolerance of the relay valve accuracy by combining with the relevant simulation detection,so as to provide the related reference for the braking test and the application and maintenance basis for the maintenance personnel of the emu.
