物联网环境下的列车制动系统气控阀装配单元研究与应用

摘要 随着中国轨道交通产品的快速及多样化发展,列车制动系统气控阀也逐步呈现多品种小批量的生产特性。因此,为了更好的适应列车制动系统气控阀生产需求的变化,以列车制动系统气控阀装配系统为研究对象,在对生产现状与装配工艺进行分析的基础上,基于精益单元化生产理念构建了一种列车制动系统气控阀装配单元;其次,为了保证气控阀装配单元能够按照预期目标完成各项运行指标的能力,采用物联网技术对制造单元中的关键生产资源要素进行标识与互联,并构建了单元级作业管控系统;最后,通过项目实施与系统运行验证研究的可行性。 With the rapid and diversified development of rail transit products in China,the production of valve body for train brake system presents the characteristics of multiple varieties and variable batches.Therefore,in order to better adapt to the changes of valve body produc⁃tion requirements,this paper takes the valve body assembly system of train brake system of a certain enterprise as the research object.Ac⁃cording to the analysis of the production status and assembly process,the valve body assembly cell of train brake system is constructed based on the concept of lean cell production.Secondly,in order to ensure that the valve body assembly cell can achieve all the expected objectives,internet of things is used to identify and connect the key production resource elements in the assembly cell,and a cell level system of operation management and control is developed.Finally,the feasibility of the study is verified through project implementation and system operation.
