Investigation and Analysis on the Status of Mechanization of the Garlic in Kaifeng City

开封市是大蒜种植重点地区。大蒜属于劳动密集型栽培作物,特别是收获环节,需人工挖掘、切除根茎、晾晒、分级装袋等,且人工成本高。本文对大蒜收获全过程进行研究,分析探讨了大蒜收获全过程机械化。大蒜收获机全过程机械化既是大蒜种植重点地区的迫切需求,也是农业现代化背景下农业机械化发展的重要部分。

Kaifeng city is the key area of garlic planting,but garlic belongs to labor-intensive cultivation crops,especially the harvest link.It still has to go through the manual process of excavation,rhizome removal,drying,grading bagging,and so on.The labor cost is expensive,too.This paper studies the whole process of garlic harvest to analyze the necessity of mechanization of the garlic harvest process.The mechanization of the whole process of garlic harvester is not only an urgent need for garlic planting key areas,but also an important part of the development of agricultural mechanization under the background of agricultural modernization reform.
