摘要
Peacekeeping is an important approach for the United Nations(UN)to maintain international peace and security.Since the first UN peacekeeping operation in 1948,the philosophy and methods of UN peacekeeping have been changing.Such changes,however,are not always the result of evolution.After decades of evolution,UN peacekeeping has undergone a marked devolution especially in the last decade.
