复方紫草油涂抹对气压止血带使用区域皮肤保护的疗效分析

目的探讨复方紫草油涂抹对气压止血带使用区域皮肤保护的疗效研究。方法选取2018年9月至2019年7月行下肢手术使用止血带患者200例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例。对照组常规使用气压止血带,观察组对止血带使用区城涂抹复方紫草油。结果观察组患者气压止血带使用区城的皮肤肿胀及疼痛情况明显优于对照组,观察组患者术后下肢股深静脉血流速度明显优于对照组,观察组患者的不良反应明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方紫草油涂抹对气压止血带使用区域的皮肤保护疗效显著,在临床上值得应用推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of compound Lithospermum oil on skin protection in the area where pneumatic tourmiquet is used.Methods From September 2018 to July 2019,200 patients with tourniquet were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group used pneumatic tourniquet,and the observation group applied compound Lithospermum oil on tourniquet application area.Results The skin swelling and pain in the application area of pneumatic tourniquet in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the blood flow velocity of deep femoral vein in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the adverse reactions of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Lithospermum oil has a significant efct on skin protection in the use area of pneumatic tourniquet,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
