中频脉冲电刺激联合牵正散加减内服治疗急性面神经炎风邪入络证临床疗效观察

目的观察中频脉冲电刺激联合中药(牵正散加减内服)治疗急性面神经炎风邪入络证疗效。方法将60例急性期面神经炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用抗病毒、营养神经及消炎退肿药物联合治疗,观察组在进行上述药物治疗同时给予以中频电刺激联合中药牵正散加减内服。所有患者治疗4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后用改良Portmann评分进行疗效分析。结果两组治疗1个疗程后改良Portmann评分较治疗前显著升高(P<0.01),提示两组治疗均有效;观察组改良Portmann评分高于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率93.5%,明显高于对照组总有效率84.8%,提示观察组疗效优于对照组。结论西药结合中频脉冲电刺激及中药内服治疗面神经炎疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of intermediate frequency pulse electric stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine(Qianzheng powder plus or minus internal administration)on the syndrome of wind evil entering collaterals in acute facial neuritis.Methods 60 patients with acute facial neuritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group(n=30)was treated with antiviral,neurotrophic and antiphl ogistic drugs.The patients in the observation group(n=30)were treated with the above-mentioned drugs and were given medium frequency electrical stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine Qianzheng powder.All patients were treated for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.After one course of treatment,the curative effect was analyzed with modified portmann Ⅰ score.Results After one course of treatment,the modified portmann Ⅰ score in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.01),indicating that both groups were effective in treatment;the modified portmann score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the total effective rate was 93.5%,significantly higher than that in the control group(84.8%),indicating that the effect of the observation group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion Western medicine combined with medium frequency pulse electric stimulation and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of facial neuritis is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
