高炉协同处置危废过程中Pb、As的挥发特性研究

摘要 使用PbS和As2S3代替危险废物中的重金属化合物,研究了高炉协同处置过程中Pb和As的挥发特性,分析了温度对Pb和As固化量的影响。结果表明,PbS中Pb和As2S3中As的挥发率随温度的升高、时间的增加而升高。当温度为1 300℃,煅烧时间为30 min时,Pb的挥发率高达80.9%,少量的Pb在煅烧过程中与炼铁原料发生反应被固化。 PbS and As2S3 are used to replace heavy metal compound in the hazardous wastes. The volatilization characteristics of Pb and As during co-processing in blast furnaces are studied. The effect of temperature on the solidification of Pb and As is analyzed. The results show the volatilization rate of Pb in PbS and As in As2S3 increases with the increase of calcination temperature and time. The volatilization rate of Pb is only 80.9% when the temperature is 1 300℃ after calcination for 30 min, a little As is solidified by reacting with the ironmaking raw material in the process of calcination.
