摘要
对安钢2200 m^3高炉(二代)开炉过程进行了回顾分析,高炉开炉采用炉缸填充枕木方法,通过对开炉主要工艺参数的合理选择、空焦及负荷料装入位置的精确控制,实现了首次铁物理热充足、渣铁流动性良好,为后期的快速强化冶炼创造了有利条件,开炉第五天利用系数达到2.13t/(m^3·d)。
A retrospective analysis on the opening process of 2 200 m^3 blast furnace(second generation) in Anyang Steel is carried out, the method of filling the sleepers in the furnace cylinder uses for blast furnace opening, sufficient first ferro-physical heat and good slag iron flow are achieved through the proper selection of the main technological parameters, the precise control of the loading position of the empty coke and load material, which creates favorable conditions for the rapid strengthening smelting in the later stage, and the utilization coefficient on the fifth day of opening furnace reaches 2.13 t/(m^3·d).
