摘要
概述了山东钢铁集团日照有限公司提高铁水温度合格率的生产实践情况,针对铁水温度合格率偏低的现象,从高炉出铁温度、铁水罐周转效率、铁水出铁量偏差等多个方面进行了分析。通过采取相应的措施,优化工艺操作,显著提高了铁水温度的合格率。
This paperd escribes the production practice of improving the qualified rate of molten iron temperature in Shandong Steel Group Rizhao Co.,Ltd.According to the phenom enon of low qualified rate of molten iron temperature,the factors such as blast furnace tapping temperature,iron ladle turnover efficiency and deviation of molten iron tapping amount are analyzed.By adopting corresponding measures and optimizing process operation,the qualified rate of molten iron temperature has been significantly increased.
