摘要
针对某厂的轴承钢表面探伤合格率低,利用精益六西格玛工具方法,找出影响轴承钢表探合格率的关键因素,运用DOE试验方法,对关键因素进行优化设计,提高了轴承钢的表面探伤合格率,提高了用户满意度,增加了产品效益。
Aiming at the low qualified rate of surface inspection for bearing steel in a factory, using Lean Six Sigma method, the key factors affecting bearing steel surface inspection pass rate are found out, and the key factors are optimized by DOE test method. It improves the qualified rate of bearing steel surface inspection, user satisfaction and product benefit.
