安钢进厂原燃材料廉洁质量管理的探索

EXPLORATION ON INCORRUPTIBLE QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF RAW MATERIALS AN COMBUSTION MATERIALS IN ANGANG

从机构设置、人员管理、制度建设等方面对安阳钢铁股份有限公司(以下简称安钢)进厂原燃材料廉洁质量管理施行进行了系统分析和论述,提出夯实制度建设、规范人员管理、加强部门合作、发展技术进步、扎实开展党建等清正管理措施,对钢铁企业原燃材料廉洁质量管理具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。

This paper systematically analyzes and discusses the implementation of incorruptible quality management of raw fuel materials in Anyang Iron and Steel Stock Co.,Ltd(hereinafter referred to as Anyang Steel)from the aspects of organization setting,personnel control,system prevention,etc.,and puts forward some management measures,such as strengthening system construction,standardizing personnel management,strengthening department cooperation,improving technical progress,solidly carrying out party construction.It has certain reference and guiding significance to the quality management of raw combustion materials in iron and steel enterprises.
