校企合作模式下PAEE 职业资格认证探索与实践

摘要 为探索以企业需求为导向的人才培养模式,提高学生的职业技能,从而不断提高学生的就业竞争力。依托Proteus虚拟仿真技术的优势,将虚拟仿真技术和教学过程有机结合,实现深层次的“教-学-做”统一。最后进行了PAEE职业资格认证工作的探索和实践,依托校企合作模式实现了“教学-竞赛-认证”三项工作的立体化同步开展。 In order to explore the enterprise demand-oriented talent training mode and improve students'vocational skills,so as to continuously improve students'employment competitiveness.The virtual simulation technology and teaching process is combined organically by using the advantage of Proteus virtual simulation and achieve a high level of"teach-learn-do".Finally,the explora⁃tion and practice of PAEE professional certification is carried out,the three tasks of"teaching,competition and certification"are carried out simultaneously based on the school-enterprise cooperation mode.
