摘要
超快激光以其超短的激光脉冲、超高功率密度、较低的烧蚀阈值、加工超精细及可实现冷加工等特点,近年来受到国际学术界和工程界的广泛关注。本文梳理了超快激光精密制造技术的发展历史,综述了超快激光精密制造技术在表面加工及三维加工领域的工艺研究及应用进展,并介绍了超快激光精密制造装备在国内外的研制情况,对今后超快激光精密制造技术研究的发展趋势进行了探讨和展望。
Ultra-fast laser features ultra-short laser pulses,ultra-high power density,low ablation thresholds,ultra-fine processing and cold processing.In recent years,it has received extensive attention from the international academic and engineering circles.The development history of ultra-fast laser precision manufacturing technology is sorted out,and the progress of ultra-fast laser precision manufacturing technology in the field of surface processing and 3D processing is reviewed.At the same time,The development of ultra-fast laser precision manufacturing equipment at home and abroad is introduced.Finally,the development trend of ultra-fast laser precision manufacturing technology research is discussed and prospected.
