船用液压微量泵内部设计研究

摘要 随着社会精细化分工以及人工智能、微小机器人等对柱塞泵日益轻量化、智能化、集控化需求的增加,传统柱塞泵已经不能满足各行业对微型柱塞泵日益增加的市场需求。然而,目前国内市场微型柱塞泵几乎仅有国外个别品牌,自主品牌的微型柱塞泵仍处于研发阶段。本文通过对多种柱塞泵的外形及连接方式、内部结构进行对比分析研究,提出一种新型插入式微量泵的外形安装方式及内部结构设计。 With the increasing demand of social fine division of labor and artifical intelligence,micro robot and so on for plunger pump,the traditional plunger pump can not meet the increasing market demand for micre piston pump in all walks of life.However,at present,there are only a few foreign brands in the domestic market,and the self-made micro piston pump is still in the research and development stage.In this paper,through the comparative analysis and research on the shape,connection mode and internal structure of a variety of plunger pump,the external installation mode and internal structure design of a new type of plug-in micro pump are determined.
