摘要 针对市场对产品个性化日益增长的需求,对自行车把套进行3D打印定制案例研究。对市场上自行车把套的特点和定制方法进行分析,运用Solidworks进行把套初样模型的设计,以其3D打印件作为骨架制作油泥模型,通过视觉和手掌触握的检验方法进行修补和完善,构建出高贴合度和舒适度的把套曲面轮廓,实现“以物适手”。3D扫描采集油泥模型点云数据后运用Geomagic Wrap软件完成曲面重构并导入Solidworks中进行再设计,最后选择热塑性聚氨酯和丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料材料3D打印把套成品,为特定个体定制出适合自身手感且具有所需外观要求的极具个性化的把套。该案例可为同类型产品的个性化设计和制作提供参考。 In view of the increasing demand for products individualization in the market,a case study on 3D printing customization of bicycle handle cover was carried out.The characteristics and customization methods of bicycle handle cover in the market were analyzed.Solidworks was used to design the initial model.The 3D print of the initial model was used as the skeleton to make the sludge model.The high-fitting and comfortable contour of the handle was built through the repair of visual and tactile methods,thus realizing“fitting the hand with the object”.After the point cloud data of the sludge model was collected by 3D scanning,the surface reconstruction was completed by the Geomagic Wrap software and imported into Solidworks for redesign.Finally,TPU and ABS materials were selected for 3D printing of the finished products to customize a personalized handle suit for specific individuals with their own feel and required appearance requirements.This case can provide reference for the personalized design and production of similar products.
