探讨催产素与肛塞米索前列醇并用预防产后出血的效果

Investigation of the effect of oxytocin combined with misoprostol anal plug in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage

目的探讨催产素与肛塞米索前列醇并用预防产后出血的效果。方法100例足月阴道分娩的产妇,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组产妇在胎儿娩出后给予催产素,并且在产程结束后给予米索前列醇肛塞;对照组产妇只给予催产素而不进行米索前列醇肛塞。对比两组产妇产后2 h出血量、产后24 h出血量、产后恶露量、并发症发生情况。结果观察组产妇产后2 h出血量、24 h出血量以及产后恶露量分别为(56.72±22.15)、(388.25±20.65)、(114.74±12.98)ml,均明显少于对照组的(87.81±30.19)、(436.79±22.86)、(145.22±10.81)ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇产后并发症发生率为4.00%(2/50),明显低于对照组的22.00%(11/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论催产素与肛塞米索前列醇并用对于产后出血的预防效果显著,产妇产后并发症发生率低,安全可靠,值得临床大力推广和应用。

Objective To discuss the effect of oxytocin combined with misoprostol anal plug in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 100 parturients with full-term vaginal delivery were divided into observation group and control group by random number table,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was given oxytocin after the fetus was delivered,and the misoprostol anal plug was given after the end of labor;the control group was given oxytocin without the misoprostol anal plug.The 2 h postpartum bleeding volume,24 h postpartum bleeding volume,postpartum lochia volume,and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The 2 h postpartum bleeding volume,24 h postpartum bleeding volume,postpartum lochia volume of the observation group were(56.72±22.15),(388.25±20.65)and(114.74±12.98)ml,which were obviously less than(87.81±30.19),(436.79±22.86)and(145.22±10.81)ml of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum complications of the observation group was 4.00%(2/50),which was obviously lower than 22.00%(11/50)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin combined with misoprostol anal plug has remarkable effect in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage with low incidence of postpartum complications.It is safe and reliable,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
