摘要 目的分析急性呼吸衰竭患者应用无创呼吸机辅助治疗的临床效果。方法88例急性呼吸衰竭患者,随机分为对比组和研究组,每组44例。对比组采用常规方式治疗,研究组在对比组基础上采用无创呼吸机辅助治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血气指标及并发症发生率。结果对比组动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)水平为(54.31±6.28)mm Hg(1mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)水平为(68.61±7.42)mm Hg;研究组PaCO2水平为(44.19±5.09)mm Hg、PaO2水平为(79.91±9.81)mm Hg;研究组PaCO2水平低于对比组,PaO2水平高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率93.18%高于对比组的77.27%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.423,P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.311,P<0.05)。结论急性呼吸衰竭采用无创呼吸机辅助治疗,其临床效果显著,可有效改善血气指标,且并发症少。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of non-invasive ventilator adjuvant therapy in patients with acute respiratory failure.Methods A total of 88 patients with acute respiratory failure were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional method,and the research group was treated with non-invasive ventilator based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,blood gas indicators and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results In the control group,arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)was(54.31±6.28)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)was(68.61±7.42)mm Hg;in the research group,PaCO2 was(44.19±5.09)mm Hg and PaO2(79.91±9.81)mm Hg.PaCO2 of the research group was lower than that of the control group,and PaO2 was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 93.18%of the research group was higher than 77.27%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.423,P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the research group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.311,P<0.05).Conclusion Non-invasive ventilator adjuvant therapy shows remarkable clinical effect in patients with acute respiratory failure,which can effectively improve blood gas indicators with less complications.
